Meet our senior team

Tim is the Chief Executive Officer at Tallarna. He co-founded the company in 2017 with a focus on addressing the funding gap in building decarbonisation. His deep knowledge of the financial sector has been instrumental in securing the company’s partnerships with ESG funders. Tim was previously a senior executive in a high growth technology company in the analytics space, and prior to that spent nine years in mid-market private equity with a focus on the real estate sector. He has been a director on nine different company boards, including Massive Interactive and David Lloyd Leisure.

Johan is the Chief Commercial Officer at Tallarna. He co-founded the company in 2017 with a focus on augmenting human consultancy in the real estate market in an environmentally sustainable manner. Johan previously founded Set Up AB which has been recognised as one of Sweden’s fastest growing companies four years in a row by Nordic Di Gasell. Johan has over 12 years’ experience in the real estate sector, advising large corporate clients and landlords.

Nigel is the Chief Financial Officer at Tallarna. He has led the business to a position of financial strength and has built out multiple partnerships with experienced, third-party project investors to unlock low capex solutions and off-balance sheet treatment for customers. Prior to Tallarna, Nigel was the Portfolio Finance Director at Vercity, a SPV and asset management company.

Rupert is the Director of Insurance at Tallarna. He has pioneered the company’s partnership with a Fortune 500, A-rated insurer. Rupert is an insurance professional with over 30 years’ experience and has been involved in creating products and solutions for the Energy Efficiency, Renewables, and Sustainability sectors over the past 10 years.

Dobrin is the Engineering Director at Tallarna. He manages a growing team of developers to advance the technical capabilities of our data analytics platform, focusing on full stack development, enforcing architectural and coding standards, and leading daily stand-ups. Before Tallarna, Dobrin was a Senior Engineer at Massive Interactive.

Michelle is the Senior Strategic Sustainability Lead at Tallarna. She has been instrumental in defining the company’s brand identity and core messaging, and now leads joint marketing initiatives with partners. Her work has been published in multiple news outlets including Wired, TechHQ, and New Statesman Tech.

Ron is the Chairman of Tallarna. His focus has been productising net zero carbon measures and structuring the company for maximum effectiveness. Ron previously co-founded Massive Interactive in 1996, an OTT video service that created a targeted UX management console for global content owners to monetise their video assets.
